Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all products within 15 days of delivery.  
Items must be unused, with original tags intact.

Requests can be initiated directly through our returns portal.  
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged from your location.

All returns and exchanges within India are complimentary.  
Return shipping is covered by Tejano.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

If already dispatched:  
– COD orders may be refused at delivery  
– Prepaid orders can be returned after delivery through the standard process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  
Our team will prioritise a replacement or resolution.
